Director/Owner

Serves as the Director of Happy Haven Daycare she brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. As a mom herself, she understands the importance of trust, care, and strong family connections. Michaela has a love for reading, values time spent with family, and is passionate about creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment where every child feels at home. She also loves Starbucks!   

Serves as the Assistant Director at Happy Haven Daycare and brings over five years of teaching experience to our team. She has a heart for both teaching and learning and is passionate about helping children grow in a nurturing, faith-filled environment. Outside the classroom, Katherine enjoys baking, scrapbooking, and antique shopping. Most importantly, she is a devoted Jesus lover whose faith guides the care and encouragement she gives to every child and family. 

 Serves as a  Lead Teacher who brings a caring heart and creative spirit to the classroom. She loves working with children and finds joy in helping each child grow, learn, and feel supported. Madeleine has a passion for music and art, which she enjoys incorporating into her teaching to make learning fun and engaging. Outside of the classroom, she loves spending time with her family and pets and has a genuine heart for helping others. Her kindness, creativity, and dedication make her a wonderful part of our Happy Haven family. 

 Serves as a Lead Teacher in our Preschool Room. With over 8 years of experience in early childhood education, she has a true passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel loved every day. She's also volunteered in children’s ministry at her church, where she enjoys creating meaningful and engaging experiences for kids. In addition to teaching, she serves as one of the lead vocalists at her church. When she's not in the classroom, Maddie loves to travel and explore new places. She is so excited to be part of a team that nurtures both hearts and minds!
